Play game

The game board consists of a 9x9 grid, divided into nine smaller 3x3 grids. Your task is to fill each cell with one digit, making sure that every row, column, and 3x3 sub-grid contains all the digits from 1 to 9 without repeating any digits. Some boxes are filled in from the start, giving you clues to begin your puzzle-solving journey. These initial numbers guide your decisions as you strategically figure out the rest of the puzzle. If you are a fan of intellectual games, you can try playing Four Colors. This is a famous classic card game loved by many people. Hope you too!

Strategy for success

Mastering Sudoku may seem difficult at first, but with the right strategy, you can conquer it like a pro. Here are some helpful tips:

  • Scan: Carefully look at the entire grid, checking rows, columns, and sub-grids for empty cells. Look for single-digit opportunities that might be a good fit based on the numbers already in place. By eliminating possibilities, you'll narrow your options and get closer to completing the puzzle.
  • Eliminate: Focus on a specific row, column, or subgrid at a time. Identify the numbers that are already present and exclude them as options for other empty cells in the same group. This process of elimination simplifies the puzzle and makes it easier to deduce the correct digits.
  • "What if" Situations: For more difficult puzzles, you may encounter situations where it is not possible to make clear inferences. In such cases, don't be afraid to use 'what if' scenarios. Make educated guesses by filling in a number for a specific cell and see how it affects the rest of the puzzle. If you encounter a conflict or contradiction, go back and try a different approach until you find the right solution.

The attraction of intellectual games

Difficulty level

A notable feature of Master Sudoku is its adjustable difficulty level. When you start the game, you have the option to choose from six different levels: Easy, Medium, Hard, Very Hard, Crazy, and Inhuman. The variation in difficulty level is in the number of digits provided in the grid. At the Easy and Medium levels, you'll see more pre-filled digits, making it simpler to get started. However, as you progress through the Hard, Very Hard, Insane, and Inhuman levels, you'll encounter less of certain digits, requiring you to analyze patterns, reason, and apply strategic thinking to solve the puzzle.

Increased strength

If you find yourself stuck on a particularly difficult puzzle, Master Sudoku provides helpful power-ups to aid you along the way. By clicking on the Hint button located at the bottom of the screen, you will get a hint that displays a digit in any cell of the grid. It's important to note that you're only allowed to use this hint button five times throughout the game, so use them wisely! Additionally, if you're really having trouble solving the puzzle, you have the option of clicking the Solve button, which will immediately display the complete solution. These power-ups can provide valuable help when you feel stuck, helping you progress and enjoy the game even more.
